Sunset Bay Cottage
Our family has been renting private vacation homes for twenty years. We know what we like and expect and we try our best to put all those pieces together to ensure a comfortable and relaxing retreat. My husband and I have custom built and renovated several houses over the years as a hobby. We purchased our family vacation home, the villa, in 2004 and have been updating and renovating ever since. We have enjoyed sharing many memories on Cape Cod with family & friends. Then in 2013 we were offered the opportunity to buy the cottage next door and so our vacation rental business began. It was our first that we have had the opportunity to share and welcome guests into one of our renovated homes. We have enjoyed four successful seasons renting the cottage and that gave us the confidence to also rent our family home. We are sure you will find as much enjoyment relaxing in such a peaceful environment as we do. My top priority is to ensure that my guests feel comfortable and at home during their vacation. I thoroughly enjoy making decorating changes and adding special touches to ensure my guests an enjoyable experience while staying here.
